KRISTI L. LOWERY
Managing Partner
Kristi L. Lowery has been a trial lawyer since 2006. She has practiced primarily in the areas of business law, insurance, and criminal defense. Kristi is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee and she graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1996.
Following college, she worked as a paralegal in Florida and operated a small business in adventure travel. Thereafter, she received her juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin, graduating cum laude in the top five percent of her class in 2006. While in law school, she served as a managing editor of the University of Wisconsin Law Review.
Kristi began her practice in Georgia in 2007 as an associate of this firm and she now serves as the firm's Managing Partner. She has represented clients in litigation involving issues of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and construction law.
Kristi is a member of the State Bar of Georgia as well as the Waycross Bar Association where she is the chair of the Community Christmas Project, which provides clothing and gifts to the children of needy families across south Georgia. She is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. She has interests in environmental law and animal law and she volunteers for a variety of community based and national organizations involved in these areas.
